One of Vixen's more untouchable supervillains is the subtly-named-and-totally-not-suspicious-at-all, ALABASTER DRED - President & CEO of ACME and supervillain nepo-baby as he is secretly the son of Silver Age supervillain and Vixen's Doctor Doom stand-in, WARLORD!

Mr. Dred is in his late 20s/early 30s and personality & character wise is like a cross between Patrick Bateman from 'American Psycho' and D.C.'s Lex Luthor. He also has shades of Albert Wesker from 'Resident Evil', Christian Grey from 'Fifty Shades of Grey' and Nicolae Carpathia from 'Left Behind'.
