A world filled with weird artifacts

The past few months have been weird, to say the least. Nobody knows how, but suddenly the world was filled with things that breaks the laws of physics. And for some reason nobody really panicked about it. People who otherwise would make money off outrage at the smallest opportunity just went "It is what it is," and nobody else really seemed to care much.

Partially because it was as likely coming across an item as winning the lottery. And authorities estimate that over 95 percent of items are never registered. Sometimes people know more about symptoms of an item than they know about the item itself, because some of them have the power to manipulate a large zone around them, or even on a global and retroactive level.

Still, from what was lying on the desk in front of us, someone just won the metaphorical lottery. Question is, what sort of item are we looking at here?
