A walk to campus

Stacy started walking towards campus and quickly snapped her fingers, stopping all time, and more importantly, all traffic. Her walk to campus typically took 15 minutes, but with no waiting for traffic it took her what she assumed was around 5 minutes. The entire time she kept her eye out for anyone she might find attractive. There was and older man mowing his lawn with no shirt, and middle aged woman she passed who was out watering her flowers, but Stacy ran into no one closer to her age that she wanted to try her gift on. Once she got in campus though, that immediately changed.
