Laurie watched as writing appeared on the card as she was holding it, "Thank you for waiting," She read aloud, "The results have been tabulated. First, Jade's results. IT was a tie with 29% each between Blonde's have more fun and soft-spoken,

Laurie looked up from the card in time to see Jade's transformation. The purple was swept away, replaced with shiny blonde hair.

"What..." Jade said, her new voice shocking even herself, "What the fuck, I'll burn this fucking game." Under normal circumstances that declaration would have carried some weight and they would have believed she seriously meant it, but the game had stripped that away.

Matt found himself laughing. That just made Jade glare at him. He shrugged, "I'm sorry, it just sounds like a kid saying it."

"A kid? I'll kill you." Jade glared at him.

"No...not like a kid," Malik said, "It just sounds like you don't actually mean it."

"Well I do, I really really do." jade said.

"Nah, not buying it." Matt teased, "But fine. Not a kid. More like my grandma."

Laurie grabbed Jade's wrist, which got her attention. She looked down at Laurie, and the anger in her face dissipated instantly, "Laure? Are you ok? Wait, was there more on that card?"

Laurie looked at it. There certainly was. She realized was she was so quiet. Samira rolled a 9, coming to another branch, "If I go right there's a red tile, but the path is much shorter. But if we get to the end we get a wish right? Since magic is obviously fucking real..." She chose the shorter path, putting her on a blue tile, "A: Feel compelled to flash your tits (for at least 10 seconds) between 5-10 times per week B: Have your breast grow to the size of volleyballs." Laurie rolled while they were talking, landing on the same tile as Malik, "Orange...it says Let's Go Commando No underwear can cover your hips, vagina, or butt."

As soon as she finished speaking she felt the compulsion take over. Nobody knew why she was suddenly stripping but Samira thought fast, "Everyone look away!"

You are now fluent in that language. Uh wow, I sure hope it's not a trick, like I forget English...I guess French? Testing...testing...Ok. I can still speak English," He closed his eyes and thought about it. He realized he did know French, really well in fact, "C'est tellement étrange, je peux parler français maintenant."

"Wow that sounded very French." Avery, who knew zero French, said.

"C'est génial ! Maintenant tu peux regarder des films français avec moi!" Samira, who was bilingual, replied.

"Ok, no more French," Matt said, "I still have nightmares from High School. I failed French, can you believe it?"

"Yes." Everyone replied together.

Jade rolled and had to pick branches like the others, "I'll go this way. I don't like those red tiles." She landed on an orange, "Shell Game. When give a choice, your options will be blanked out. Huh, does that mean..." She stared at the board, at the blue tiles in particular.

"Oh, that's not great." Samira said.

"Yes, it's great." Matt said, "I mean...fuck. You know what I mean."

"Uh, my turn then?" Avery said. She picked up the dice and rolled a 6. She was right at the branch, so going one way would give her a blue, the other would stop her at the red.

She stroked her hair. Long hair wasn't the end of the world. But then again, Laurie hadn't gotten off so easy.

Of course the blue wasn't better, Samira was going to be flashing people constantly after all.

With a sigh she picked the red tile, "Please wait while the votes are tallied. Continue with the next player's turn."

She shrugged and passed the dice to Samira.

Samira was only a couple away from the red stop, so naturally she ended up there. Her card said the same thing as Avery's, "Your turn then." She passed the dice to Matt.

He rolled a 5, landing on an orange, "May not dress without permission. Huh, that's...inconvenient."

Laurie rolls a 9 and has to pick a branch. After getting her voice stolen, she doesn't want another red. She picks the other branch and lands on orange, "It says...Stronger and longer (orgasm becomes way stronger and last three times as long). That's...um...well...ok."

"Ok? That's not ok!" Matt says.

"Yeah, it's awesome." Jade says.

Laurie blushes and hands the dice to Malik. He's also just before the red tile so he rolls, but he can't use it. He stops at the red and picks up a card. Unlike Avery and Laurie, his message is different, "Time for a vote. Please take a 24 hour break and return for your results. Failure to read the results within 25 hours will result in severe punishments for all players."

"What the-" Jade starts to say.

"Fuck?" Matt finishes for her. They all look at each other, confused.

"So we just...stop?" Laurie asks.

"We have to play again tomorrow? But..." Samira sighed. It's not that she wanted to keep playing, but this just felt like prolonging their suffering.

"We must research this game," Avery said, "I will go back to that store..." She looks at Malik, "Will you come with me?"

"Uh, ya, sure." Malik says.

"Hey, what about me?" Matt asks. He always felt like he came up a little short against Malik. Not only literally, but the girls always looked to him for help instead of Matt.

"You can come too." Avery says.

"I've got clients booked..." Jade groans, "I've gotta go. I need to try and reschedule things."

"I have a shift...oh dear..." Laurie says, not that anyone hears her. She gets up to leave with Jade, she needs to figure things out pronto.

"D-do you want to play a different game?" Avery asks the others, "To distract us?"

"Sorry hun, I'm all gamed out," Samira gives Avery a hug and stands up, "See you tomorrow I guess."

"I'll play." Matt says, "I've got nothing better to do."

Malik thinks for a minute, then nods, "How about Agricola? We can never play that with Samira here."

"Good call." Avery nods, "Matt likes that one too."

"No I don't," Matt says automatically. Then he shakes his head, "Sorry. Ya, let's play."
