A slightly different kind of modification!

"You ordered my body custom-made with the most advanced base chassis on the market, and you didn't read through all of its features? Bro!"

Brad smiled sheepishly. "Well, it was a pretty long list to be fair..."

"Okay dude, you got a point. Still, what I mean is that this body has two modification slots right in here." She pointed a finger at her nostrils. "And unlike my main script, these can be hotswapped. Check it out!" ... "What? Stop staring at me, it's not as if I have a gross human nose full of boogers!"

From the purse Monica had brought, D produced what looked like a case of screwdriver bits and opened it up. Inside, there were rows of little white pellets. She took one of them and carefully unrolled it to reveal a paper of a slightly smaller format than a personality script, speckled with tiny dots of ink. When she let go of one of the ends, it curled up into its tiny cylinder shape again.

"So what exactly do these do?" Brad was curious.

D just grinned at him, held the modification script below her right nostril, and inhaled. It popped into place with a quiet foomp. "Ooh, that tingles!" She shook her head, a bright red-orange color spreading through her hair from root to tips.

"Wait, I thought you had to see a maintenance guy for stuff like that!"

"Most advanced model, babyyyy! I'm the first generation of Golem that works with physical modifications, and they have to be pretty minor. Even with all their advancements in printing technology, it's a lot of text compared to behavior scripts. But hey--" she pinched the ridge of her nose, making the modification script drop out onto her palm and her hair return to her 'natural' chestnut color "--that was just a demo! Now you get to play! It's just like equipment in a video game, you get two slots to have fun with! So what's it gonna be, wanna date a catgirl? Punk aesthetic? Want me to only talk in rhymes? I'm up for whatever you want!"
