A really big family

The world has reached a new sense of peace like never befoe after the last great Shinobi war. One of the most famous heroes of that war Naruto Uzumaki, has fulfilled his long time dream of becoming Hokage and has grown a family and many of his peers have done the same, creating a new generation of ninja.

However, uknown to the general public and and even many shinobi, their is in fact twice as many progeny among the new generation and thier pedigree is concealed or rewrittenfor thier safety from enemies and polotical backlash.

When he married his wife Hinata she made a serious confession, and it shaped and inspired him to make a very astonishing if outrageous plan. After he convinced Tsunade of this plan whom was initially relatant, yet released a few secrets of her own, initialized the Cultural Clan exchange program which Naruto employs to this day.

The program was made as a means of uniting clans from within the village and later as a means of merging other clans within the village to create bonds and versatility from the progeny created between the clans, a means of restoring declining clans and/or gain alliances and potential bloodlines from foreign villagers. Further more it protected the respective parties of thier privacy and thier natural lives they made at home.

Sasuke Uchiha for instance, while officaly married and with a legitimate duaghter, has several lovers and quite a few children with them, at home and on his travels.

Meanwhile back at home in Konoha, members of all the major and some minor clans have not only grown closer, but expanded thier numbers and potential through having at least one child frim every other clan in the village, including Hokage Naruto who working to make an Uzumaki-Namakazi clan.

It has worked surprising well, despite scepticism, and outrage. Overtime those protest were put to rest and the practice was embraced within the village and started to expand to other villages.

Though this is kept a close secret and greatly protected, very few but Naruto and his closets confidants know that the foundation of this practice started long before they were born and that they are more closer than one would realize.
