A quest?

"Why not choose heroes, and send them out on a quest?" Lauren suggested. "Perhaps after the golden fleece!"

"Yawn." Sophia said mockingly. "It's been done a million times, totally boring. How about we up the ante?"

"What do you mean?" Lauren asked her fellow goddess.

"Why don't we go on the quest instead?" Sophia said. "We'll go down as mortals, with none of our powers!"

"I don't know..." Lauren said nervously.

"What? Scared?" Sophia sneered, trying to goad Lauren into the bet...
