A night as Phoebe

It seems like Jimmy. He talked like Jimmy, he acts like Jimmy and he looks like Jimmy (when he wasn’t wearing your girl). Yet?

You put such idea in the back of your mind. He feels like the same guy. There is a bigger fish to fry.

Sam, the girl of Phoebe, is a beautiful woman of age 27. She is hard worker who in the cusp of getting an MBA. A girl who was the daughter of hard working hispanic immigrants. She had just come back from a recent trip from Wall Street recruiting trip. Sam was about to make bank and Phoebe was glad to be along for the ride.

Sam had been in tremendous trouble with her parents for being her. At the age of 17 she had meet Phoebe. She had known Phoebe for since they were children. They had been inseparable and the closest of friends. Neither had luck with boyfriends. They had finally experimented at age 17 and finally met each other, truly . Until Sam’s mom had walked in on them in the dark in the buff and Phoebe had blurted “We’re not gay or anything”.

Wrong move.

Their parents were furious with them. It was the late 90s and being Gay was not easy. DOMA has just passed and Matthew Shepard had been killed, being LGBT is not easy now, but it was harder then. Phoebe’s parents were evangelicals and Sam’s had been with Catholicism for years.

Sam and Phoebe were given an ultimatum. Give up this relationship or their parents would kick them out. The girls chose each other. Looking back at Phoebe's memories you wonder how they were this strong to resist their parents. They left home and never looked back.

Would you and Jimmy be that strong? Huh? You think. Where did that come from. You too push that thought from your mind because you approach Phoebe’s and Sam’s door.
