A nice lunch with his wives

Naruto entered the dining room, feeling refreshed and ready for anything that Yugito and Hana would be able to throw at him. Strangely though, even though a majority of his wives was present and already chatting when he came in, neither Hana nor Yugito were among them. Come to think of it, he hadn't really seen them at all after the wedding. Well, granted, most of the time he was confined to his room or in the 'clutches' of the wife of the day, but it was still somewhat odd.

'Well, I'm sure they'll show up soon...', Naruto figured and shrugged the thought of. He looked over the filled table, there was rice and a plethora of delicious side dishes to go with it. Right, he had almost forgotten that he had also received a few staff people to manage the household for some time, among them were cooks. And so, his wives were eating the food while they were all chatting lively with each other. But then his gaze fell upon two who were chatting really lively. With their mouths latched onto each other. Naruto gawked at Ayame and Tenten kissing like this.

Tenten was the first to notice his stare. She detatched herself from Ayame for a moment to look at him. "Oh come on, Naruto... you've seen us yesterday, you can't possibly expect us to stay holed up in our rooms when you rock the worlds of the others, huh?", Tenten said with a playful smirk.

"I suppose that makes sense, but...", Naruto had to admit.

"If you ask me, I didn't just marry you a week ago. I married everyone else as well, and I think I can live with that just fine.", Ayame interjected. On that, she received quite a few affirmative murmurs around the table.

Naruto smiled. He had worried that maybe there would be some tensions here, jealousy even, but he was glad that it all worked out so perfectly, there were no quarrels (well, aside from Hana and Yugito) and they all got along. Plus, that gave him some nice possibilities for later on. He briefly wondered if he could even convince Sakura and Ino to share him for a night, if they were willing to put their rivalry aside for that night. Well, he figured he just had to ask them. After all, they both had seemed rather eager to please him.

Naruto was about to take a seat as Shizune entered the room. He greeted her, but it seemed that she had to talk to him for a moment. "Naruto-kun, I'm supposed to relay a message to you from Tsunade-sama, and.-A-A-Anko-san? W-W-What are you d-doing?", she had begun but had yelped in surprise as Anko had snuck up to her and pounced onto her.

"Nibbling your earlobe of course, Shizune-chan.", Anko said giddily as she returned to doing just that.

"P-please stop that.", Shizune asked, squirming visibly.

"You should listen to what your fellow wives have to say, Anko!", Shion reprimanded the older woman sternly. Amazingly, it seemed to take effect, as Anko opened her mouth to let go of Shizunes earlobe in awe.

"Seriously, do you need it that bad? Didn't the three toys you borrowed from Tenten last night satisfy you? You're worse than Yugito in heat, you know.", Ino added with a smirk.

At this comment, Anko seemed to visibly shrink away. "Ack, you're right, you're right...", she admitted, then turned to Naruto. Wait, was she teary-eyed? "Naruto-kun, please save some of your strength for me, alright? Promise me that you'll screw me until dawn, yes?", she pleaded with him.

So, where Ino had worried about coming off as **** last night, Anko was openly admitting to crave for him at lunch, no less. Well, Naruto did not really have a problem with her request. "Alright, it's a promise then.", he agreed.

At that, Anko seemed satisfied and returned to the table. Now he could turn back to Shizune who was still recovering from Ankos attack. "So, what is that message you were talking about?", he asked, curious.

"Ah, right right. Tsunade-sama asked you to show up tomorrow in her office. You remember her talking about dealing with the marriage proposals that came in too late? She wants to settle those things with you tomorrow. Plus, I already believe two of them are already in town, so you shouldn't let them wait.", Shizune told him.

Naruto recalled the talk with Tsunade a few days earlier. Yeah, she had said something about a clan moving here. Which one was it again? Crap, he couldn't remember. "Do I know them?", he asked sheepishly, hoping Shizune would give him some hints there.

But, he was disappointed. "Of course you do.", was the simple answer he received from the Hokages assistant before she gave him a small peck and joined the rest at the table.

Right on cue, his stomach growled in hunger. Thus, he took an empty seat, next to a redhead that still hadn't said a word, neither to him nor anyone else.

"Good day, Karin-chan.", he greeted her.

"Hmm? Oh yeah, hi there.", Karin responded, still more interested in her food than him.

She didn't seem to keen on talking, but Naruto was persistent. "Nice to see you're still here.", he commented.

Now that got her attention. "Eh? Why do you say that?", she asked, an eyebrow raised.

"Oh, no reason. I am just pretty surprised that you still haven't even tried to escape from here. After all, we don't even keep close tabs on you here. Not that I mind that, I'm really glad you're enjoying your stay here.", he explained himself with a grin.

There was a tinge of red on Karins cheeks. "Don't jump to conclusions. I'm just holding out for Sasuke-kun to come and save me, that's all.", she huffed.

And with that, Karin turned her entire attention to the plate in front of her and summarily ignored Naruto. Apparently, he had hit a nerve there, but he was smart enough not to go further.

But now it was about time for him to chow down and so Naruto feasted on the food until he patted his stomach contently. His wives had one by one left the table, all giving him kisses and wished him well for his night. That reminded him... Yugito and Hana had still not appeared. He wondered...
