A housewife.

You open up the the door of your practice to check inside the waiting room.

Dr. Miller: "Miss. Shanta can come in now."

You see an older woman walk up to you. She wasn't exactly what you would call a MILF. She was more like an older housewife. She looked like she didn't put much effort in being attractive anymore.

You greet your patient and she walks into your office. She then sits down in the chair.

Dr. Miller: "please tell me why you are in here for miss Shanta?"

Shanta: "I kind of have this itching around my body."

Dr. Miller: "Any specific place where that occurs?"

Shanta: "Well usually just around my legs or belly."

Dr. Miller: "Can you please stand up and take of your shirt and jeans for me."
