A flight attendant tells her what happened.

Her cursory check of the closest passengers had not provided any new information. Erica decided that she couldn't wait to take action after the plane had finished taxiing. What if the assailant got off the plane? Maybe the flight attendant had seen something. She reached up to press the call button.

The sight of a bare arm reaching up caught the female flight attendant's attention, so she moved quickly up the aisle to Erica's seat. The flight attendant began speaking before Erica could ask any questions. "Hi there, miss. I'm sure you're wondering why your clothing is missing."

Did that mean that the flight attendant was in on whatever was going on? Erica crossed her arms, waiting for the flight attendant to explain. The flight attendant leaned in so that she could whisper in Erica's ear.
