A failed rune

“Clary are you sure this rune will work” I say as I lift up the back of my top waiting for the feeling of her style

“Yes Izzy this rune will work you will be able to finally to turn invisible,” Clary says remembering the rune which had come to her in her dreams like most of them did.

“Ok, I trust you, will people be able to see my clothes?” I ask

“I’m not sure when I’m done we can check,” Says Clary as she holds up her style and presses it to my bare back “anyway why would you want to be invisible?”

“Just so I can sneak around and stuff” I say not wanting to mention who ‘stuff’ is.

“Ok, there done just press it and you should become invisible for 6hours or until you tap it again”

“Ok I’ll try it out later, thanks Clary” I say smiling watching her leave before tapping my back, I could still see myself like Clary said but my clothes still were visible in the mirror stripping off I look in the mirror and to my surprise I was invisible.
