A couple of text messages

I woke up at about 9:30am to the sound of people walking down the streets of Orlando. As always, I grabbed my phone and saw that I had received a few text messages. There was one from Peyton Royce, and another from Triple H, or Paul Levesque.

I opened Peyton's first. It read,

'Wanted to thank you again. Hope to see you soon x'. She had attached an image of her and Billie topless. I saved it to my photos and opened Paul's message.

'Hey John. Can you see me at the Performance Center later on today so we can negotiate what you're next step is going to be."

I had breakfast, brushed my teeth and all of the other standard procedures I carry out every morning. I put on a Tapout shirt on with some jeans and begin my walk to the Performance Center. On the way there I met a couple of fans who wanted to take photos. Being the nice guy I am - when I'm not in the ring - I decided to take the photos. When I got to the Performance Center, I was greeted by William Regal.

"Congratulations on the call-up, John." He said, shaking my hand.

"Thanks coach." I responded as I made my way to the meeting room, where Paul was waiting.

He stood up and shook my hand as we began negotiations.

"So, John, Vince has told me that he wants to partner you up with a female superstar for a storyline. He said he wants to keep you as a heel because he was very impressed with your work in NXT. He also told me that you get the decision of who you partner up with and what brand you join."

I was delighted with the news. I was also honoured that the chairman of WWE was giving me the choice of how I go about my career. I had to think though. Should I go for somebody who is already on RAW or SmackDown Live, or do I choose somebody from NXT to join me on the main roster. I had to make sure that they were a heel too, though.
