To a class

You enter the building and spot a group of pretty girls, who are all going to the same class, so you decide to follow them and wait infront of the room. As soon as the teacher, who appears to be a student teacher, wants to enter the room, you stop her.

"Excuse me, but this college has multiple problems daily with violations of thise dresscode, so I would like to speak to your class in general."

"Of course!"

You enter the class room and start to speak in front of the class. You want to make up rules, that would strip atleast one girl in this class.
