A brief Synopsys

The school was founded ages ago, no one really knows how long it's been but it is known that the country it's built in was formed after the school. Being a magical school though it's reinforced with antient magics having it still stand today.

Primarily the continent is inhabited by humans, it is incredibly rare to find a non human walking around. Because of this at one point a few human nations started thinking they were better than other races and started raiding them taking slaves of them. Because of this there was a war on the continent between the human countries, it was a proxy war if anything. On one side there was the human supremacists, and the other was the countries that were backed by the non human countries from other continents. No actual manpower was sent over rather weapons and armor.

If you haven't guessed, the land the academy was in the borders of one of the human supremacy countries. Needless to say after the country was destroyed and a new one built in its place the non-humans fled from the area resulting in the low non-human populations. A few years later the leaders got together and formed a treaty that resulted in the present day. Since there were no non humans around they visited while in school so they wouldn't develop prejudices against them.

The treaty was evolved further when there was a sudden rise in illegal slavers in recent years which required them to sent out more search parties for these slavers. However no slaves were ever found despite the countless slaver bodies that have been cut through.

It is obvious that someone or a group is buying those slaves as quickly as they can. Our Protagonist was caught up in this, chasing down countless slavers before eventually getting frustrated and moving back in time.
