A bit of slipping, but no sliding

Only Mackenzie didn't grab the curtain. To her surprise, she didn't fall out of the shower stall at all.

The boat rocked while Mackenzie was spinning, so her sense of direction was a bit turned around. When she fell forward and put her hands up to catch herself, she stopped herself very easily on the shower stall wall in front of her. Thankfully, she wasn't heading out of the shower at all, but straight at the side wall of it!

Mackenzie let out a quiet "phew" at the surprisingly non-embarrassing situation. Maybe things really are gonna start working out for me... thought Mackenzie. If this were any other day of her life over the past several years, she definitely would've rocketed straight through the curtain and into that lady's lap while she sat on the toilet.

"WhoooOOoaaa..." said the strange woman as she opened and closed her stall door. She left a flushing sound behind her, and was clearly having balance problems due to the weather just like Mackenzie.

"Hey! Watch it!" yelled the woman. It sounded like the lady was wheeling something around, and then Mackenzie heard several small objects fall to the floor, followed by a loud slamming noise at the far end of the bathroom near the sinks and the exit.

The naked redhead cringed and shut off her shower. She tried to be as quiet as possible to not draw attention to herself. Mackenzie had no idea who this crazy lady was talking to and couldn't tell if that noise was her punching the sink or slamming a stall door shut or worse, but she definitely wasn't going to be heading out there to find out until well after she left.

The sink turned on and then off, followed by the bathroom door opening and closing. Just before she left, the lady exclaimed in a huff, "God! Haven't you been hearing the announcements??"

Mackenzie didn't know what the lady was talking about, and waited a few seconds to be sure she was alone before even moving at all.

Once the coast was clear, Mackenzie relaxed, breathed a sigh of relief, and actually laughed out loud. She shivered now that the water was off, rubbed her shoulders to warm herself up a little, then reached through the curtain and grabbed her towel. It was still right where she left it, and Mackenzie actually giggled with excitement.

Finally! This cruise ship is officially an embarrassment-free zone! thought Mackenzie. Her test had went off, albeit with a couple hitches, and seemed to have been a rousing success in Mackenzie's eyes. Two weeks of relaxing in the sun without worrying if my bikini might fall off. Woohooooooo! Mackenzie pumped her fist in celebration along with the thought. Then I can go home and life will be back to normal. No more constant humiliation!

She partially dried off and wrapped the towel around herself with a smile on her face.

Now... time to get dressed and go check out my room!
