A bit of proper rest.
I did mean what I said to Sarah, though. Having sex out of some sort of obligation, even if it was to recover, took a lot of the fun out of it. We still did it, of course. I needed it. Though we didn’t go all the way since breakfast was getting cold. Sarah gave me an intense blowjob while Alice and Fern let me suck on their boobs.
Maybe part of it was that the mood wasn’t ideal and another that I was feeling out of it from exhaustion, but my orgasm felt… fine. That’s not to say it was the girls’ fault at all. I really don’t know what it was, but I was feeling somewhat numb during it. Some time after their service, though, and after eating the hearty breakfast I’d made for us, I was feeling a lot better. Not in peak condition, but a lot better.
“Oliver, go get some rest before your classmates get here,” Noelle told me, her smile gentle. Diana shoo’d me off the kitchen with a slap on the butt, too.
Of course, Sarah got them all caught up during breakfast. At least about my condition. She didn’t mention anything about ‘spoiling me’ then, but I was under no illusion that she wasn’t going to do it when I wasn’t around to argue.
Ugh. I wonder how many guys would love to violently shake me for being troubled that my girlfriends wanted to spoil me. It’s not that I don’t want them to do it. I just don’t want them to feel like it’s some sort of responsibility.
…
If the irony isn’t lost on you, congratulations. You’re way smarter than I was at that age.
Oddly enough, it wasn’t just Cake who followed me to my room this time. Red did, too. It’s probably those animal instincts that tell them when a person is feeling sick or down. I fell on my bed and Cake jumped on with me. Then…
“Wait, Red, no!” The German Shepherd jumped on the bed as well. I was about to push him off, but… he laid next to me and put his snout on my chest. All the willpower I had to put up proper boundaries left me and I just scratched him behind the ear as I let my head fall down on the pillow. Cake lay right next to my ear.
I think I fell asleep, and I say that because it was like the blink of an eye. One moment I’m quietly in my bed, then I open my eyes and Mila is waking me up 15 minutes later, gently stroking my hair as she sat next to me.
Her smile, like always, was gorgeous. “Sorry. I almost didn’t wanna wake you, but your classmates are downstairs. Should we tell them you’re not feeling well?”
I struggled a bit to get up, in part because I was a little drowsy from the short nap and in part because Red wasn’t moving away from me.
“No, I’m fine,” I said. Mila studied my face, or more like she consciously tried to read my mood through our connection. “Hey, I really am, I promise. I feel better.”
“...” She sighed. “I’ll believe you.” She reached out and grabbed my hand. “Hey… Don’t ever let it get to that point again, okay? None of us would ever say no, even if you woke us up in the middle of the night.”
I chuckled softly. “Like I told Sarah, I was careless and it just snuck on me, that’s all. I’ll be more careful from now on.”
“Please.” Her grip on my hand was tight, shaky.
“...” I sighed, trying to push out all my frustration and self-loathing out with that one breath, trying to reset myself. I did feel better than I did earlier, but it was clear I’d left the girls worried. “Hey, come here for a moment.”
“Hm?”
I pulled Mila towards me, held her by her thin waist and kissed her deeply. I pushed my tongue inside her mouth, and in milliseconds she was already sucking on it and kissing me back. It lasted a long moment, it felt right and it really woke me up.
“Can you tell Sarah that I’m sorry I’m such a pain in the ass?” I asked her. “And tell her thanks for me. We’ll do things properly tonight.”
Mila seemed to cheer up. She licked her lips and nodded. “Diana said she’ll take care of lunch, so just focus on your practice okay?”
“Thank you.”
“Also… Um… Are those two girls dating?” she asked me.
“Hm? Luna and Ruby? Yeah. Why?”
“...” Mila pursed her lips. “Are they bi or…?”
“I… don’t think they’re into men.”
“Boo…” Mila’s face fell, disappointed. “Well, whatever. Oh, and… That guy. Not Eric, the other one.”
“Steven?”
Mila nodded. “He’s the one who was into you, right?”
“Um… Kind of, yeah. He hasn’t tried to hit on me or anything since that first day, though.”
“I haven’t talked about it with the others, so this is just me, but… I don’t mind if there are more girls, but… I think I don’t like the idea of you being with a guy. I… figured I should say that.”
I snickered, and that really worked well to lift my mood somehow. “No problems there, I assure you. But doesn’t it normally work the other way around?”
“And since when have any of us been normal?” she asked back, smirking.
“Touché.”
“Okay, don’t keep them waiting any longer. Alice and Grace are playing host, but I think the size of the house is making them a bit uncomfortable.”
“Yeah, that’d raise some questions…” I sighed again, this time preparing myself for… well, social interaction, I suppose. “Come on, Red. Off the bed,” I told the dog.
He seemed to have also been asleep, so he stretched a bit before he jumped off. I reached out with my hand to clean up the hairs he’d left behind… but caught myself before I began casting the spell.
“It’s kind of scary how it’s starting to become a habit…” I said.
“It IS useful, I’ll admit,” Mila said. “I’ll clean it up. Go.”
“Thanks.” I gave her another peck on the lips before I left the room to greet my classmates.
