Malamar had come to a realization that he had mostly been using the women he captured to learn more. With Canari he learned about sex and a bit of the human body. With Mable he learned the potency of his powers alone, and about future target prospects. But he hadn't really learned about what he could really do with the girls he had hypnotized. He had made the girl at the reception desk think she was a Slowpoke... But what else could he get away with?
He gave Delia a quick brain zap, unlike a full reprogram for now, stating simply "you will always be easy to hypnotize and reprogram" so that he couldn't "break" her mind, for lack of a better term.
She stood there blank and mindless, her towel pooling around her feet and giving Malamar a look at her amazing body, her wet hair draped down her back.
