A benign plan, but one that works well enough

"Wait right here," Molly quietly raises open Rachel's window, "and don't make any noise."

Molly climbs in through the open window and tiptoes to Rachel's bedside. Mackenzie can see her pulling down Rachel's shorts before gently moving the sleeping beauty and taking her shirt as well. Moving her back into position cuddled with the pillow, Molly grins to the window with the shirt in one hand and the bottoms in the other.

Tiptoeing back to the open window, she throws the clothes to Mackenzie, who notices white cotton underwear still inside the shorts. Molly slowly climbs back out and shuts the window to where it was before.

"Keep those as a souvenir," she whispers to the redhead, "and wait in the backseat of the car under the blankets. This should only take about five minutes."

Mackenzie gets in the car as told, lying down in the fetal position underneath Indian-style blankets and clutching Rachel's clothes. Molly starts the car and pulls out of the parking spot in the middle of the road.

"That's it?" Mackenzie gets annoyed, thinking that Molly just stripped Rachel in the privacy of her own home and is running off.

"No, now we get to the good stuff," Molly deliberately stalls her car as she opens the driver door and jogs across the street to Rachel's house, knocking on the door.

Rachel is still deep in dreamworld clutching her pillow when she hears someone banging on the door.

"Ughh," she groans while stirring from her slumber "who is it?"

Suspicious of who might be around, Rachel groggily takes her phone from her side table and opens the Ring app. Seeing that there's just a small woman in goth getup, she gets up to answer her.

"Yes, hello?" she opens the door and is as polite as her sleepiness allows.

"Hi, yeah, I have a crappy old manual, and it just stalled out over there," the goth woman points at a compact car parked in the middle of the street, "and I was just wondering if you could push it to get it started again."

"Sure, okay."

"Great!" the woman turns and walks back to the car as Rachel lumbers behind her, her bronze tanlined skin and the dark brown hair from her head and pubic areas shining forth in the broad daylight.

"Alright, just push from the trunk when I say so, and I'll make sure to get everything in gear," the goth woman points to the trunk as Rachel obliges her, putting her hands on the lid and looking down...

to see her nipples and bush. Wait, did she strip in her sleep?

"Ummm, maybe I can go back insi-" she tries to argue as she hears the car start.

"Okay, push!" the goth woman commands. Sighing and wanting to get this over with, Rachel just obliges her and pushes the car, making it move on the road at glacial pace. After ten seconds that feel like an eternity, light clunking can be heard from the front of the car as it starts pulling forward without Rachel's assistance.

"Thanks for the push, naked girl!" the woman shouts from the window as she drives away. God, why did she have to say that so loudly? Rachel is stunned for a second before noticing curtains starting to draw out of the corner of her eye. Clamping her arms in the ENF pose, Rachel sprints back to her house and into her living room, closing and locking the doors behind her and catching her breath.

"Okay, you can come out now," Molly tells Mackenzie as she reaches the intersection leaving Rachel's block.

"Are you sure that's enough?" Mackenzie pops out from under the blankets and sits down, putting on her seatbelt and putting Rachel's outfit on the seat next to hers.

"Obviously," Molly counters, "she was butt naked in front of her neighbors in broad daylight!"

Mackenzie looks behind her and can indeed see that Rachel's block is now full of people opening their doors and looking out for the neighborhood naked girl. Contemplating her view, she notices her phone ringing and sees it's from Rachel.

"Hey, Mackenzie, are you busy right now?" Mackenzie notices Rachel has a sense of urgency in her voice.

"No, I'm just watching Netflix, how about you?"

"I just wanted to say how so, so, sorry I am for the way I've been treating you," Rachel disregards Mackenzie's question in her spilling the beans, "I was just naked outside and I think a lot of people saw me!"

"Oh??" Mackenzie acts as though she weren't just there, "What happened?"

"I don't really know, I never sleep naked, but for some reason I was naked today and some lady knocked on my door and told me to push her car," Rachel spills her guts, "I didn't know I was naked until it was too late, and that woman called me 'naked girl'!" Mackenzie can hear Rachel walking and opening doors, before noticing Rachel opening dresser drawers.

"Hmmm," Mackenzie takes her chance to have some semblance of a moral high ground, "not so fun now, is it?"

"Look, I know I've been a bitch to you all these years," Rachel holds the phone to her shoulder as she steps into a new pair of panties, "and I shouldn't have taken my frustration out on Marianne. I thought you being naked all the time was a joke and you were overreacting, but now I know why you're always so paranoid."

"I keep telling you, I'm sorry Marianne stole your guy, but it's not okay the way you've been treating me," Mackenzie keeps lecturing Rachel, who isn't hearing this part as she has the phone on her bed while putting a new shirt on.

"Yeah," Rachel responds generically after picking the phone back up, "I really owe you quite a lot. Cheesecake Factory's on me, does anytime this week work?"

"Sure, how about Friday? Is Marianne invited?"

"Ummmm," Rachel's tone sours as she once again shoulder-holds the phone to put on her shorts, "I'm still pissed at her, but I feel like karma isn't giving me a choice. Tell her I said hi, and maybe we can work something out then," fully dressed now, she crawls back into bed, "but yeah, Friday's good. See you at 5?"

"Sounds like a plan, see you then!" Mackenzie doesn't give Rachel a chance to answer before hanging up. This is just as well for Rachel, who puts her phone back on the table and tries to go back to sleep and forget about what just happened.

"Well, I see she's not an enemy anymore," Molly pipes in from the front.

"Yeah, I guess you were right," Mackenzie concedes.

"Now we have to do a friend or a stranger," Molly reminds the redhead.

"Ummm," Mackenzie contemplates her decision.
