A battle already in progress

I was a normal citizen in this world. After months of traveling between dimensions, I had gotten used to seeing myself animated, which isn't as odd as you're probably thinking.

Anyways, I could hear clamoring of voices,, so I walked over.

"Alright, Quinn, just come quietly."

Ah, Wonder Woman. Daughter of Thymescara. Also known as Diana Prince. With her confident stance, she was hero everyone wanted to be, and be with...

And Quinn? That could only refer to...

"Aw come on."

Harley Quinn, Joker's sidekick turned independent supervillain, gave a small smirk and giggle as she leaned on her bat. "Gotham was no fun, Diana. So I moved here to get a fresh start and now you're on my case?"

Wonder Woman sneered. "If you intend to meddle in my city, then yes, I'll be on your case."

Harley rolled her eyes. "Oh but you super people are soooo boooooring. Can't a girl just have fun around here? Tell you what, you ignore me, just this once, and I won't tell people you're sleeping with Bats. Deal?"

That seemed to strike a nerve, as Wonder Woman began to fly. "What I do in my private time is none of your business."

Harley raised an eyebrow. "So you aren't denying it?"

She readied her bat as Wonder Woman readied her fist, and I readied my app.

A/N: Yes, I'm aware the picture of Harley I used is from the DCU, while this takes place in the DCAU. Just...suspend disbelief for the sake of the story. Besides, I think this version of Harley is oh so much sexier ;)
