A Wager

"A bet." Jack crossed her arms. "You and me Cheerleader. A game of poker. You win and I will wear this AND no more shit from me."

Miranda raised her eyebrow. "That seems very unlike you."

"Yeah Jack." Shepard added. "I know you want something in return."

"Bet your ass I do." Jacks smiled. "If I win then Cerberus here has to wear whatever I want her to at all time."

"Jack." Shepard looked at her. "I need both of you ready for conflict so it better not hinder her abilities."

"Oh she can wear whatever she wants when we go into the field. But on the ship and at docks she has to follow my dress code. But if she wins then so will I."

Miranda didn't like how that sounds but she had quite the skills in poker. "Very well Jack I agree."

Shepard spoke. "Alright if you two are really doing this then I will enforce it on the loser. Understand?"

"Yes Commander."

"I keep my word Shepard."
