A Strange warmup

“Right then” Ms.Mack said with a soft clap. “First we will start with some warm ups, both to prepare your bodies for acting and to get you out of the stuffy school mindset” she said with a grin as she pulled Them all into position so they were stood in a circle Facing each other with Arnold across from her. Next out came her phone and she started some music, it was a very bland instrumental tune and Tyler rolled his eyes a little but Ms.Mack either don’t notice or care.

“Now just follow after me” she said as she took two steps forward, clapped her hands, then two steps back and stomped her feet. Everyone followed even if Arnold wasn’t sure why exactly this was meant to help. Next she turned to her left, stretching out and tapping the girl to her left on the shoulder and everyone did the same. Then the same but to the right. Each moment was slow and to the beat and Arnold felt himself loosing focus until the next move shocked him. “Feed the chicken” Ms.Mack said as she balled her hand up into a fist as if she was holding something and… it almost looked like she was jerking off! Everyone else started with no issue but Arnold was caught off guard as he watched the class.

“Now on Arnold, don’t tell me you’ve never spread your seed before! Just follow my lead” Ms.Mack said innocently which caused a few chuckles from the other as he blushed and tried his best to follow. “That’s it” Ms.Mack encouraged “as if your spreading bird seed for chickens” how the fuck was this a warm up. Arnold had no idea.

After what felt like forever of repeating those few same moves they stopped.

“You all did Wonderful Class, but Arnold perhaps you need to practice your feeding your chicken, you’re very limp wristed with it. You need to do it with pride!” She explained with an accompanying action which made a few of the others giggle, especially Tyler.
