Chapter 3
by Derblunte
Following Morning
A Strange Morning
May woke up covered in cum. She felt... Strange. She rarely had wet dreams. That horny book must have gotten into her head somehow. She got up and went to the bathroom, hopped in the shower, just like every morning, but just didn't feel like rubbing one out. Her dream probably took care of that one for her.
Still, her curiosity still wasn't sated, so she got dressed again and sat down on the couch to look through the book. Still couldn't read anything, unsurprisingly, but she was enraptured by one of the altar drawings. The book itself seemed to be the centerpiece, with a chalice on one side of it and a bowl on the other. It looked like some kind of incense was burning on it. At the top of the altar were two statues, one man and one woman. She felt a soft, sweet voice in the back of her head, "I should build that".
She felt a strong impulse to go outside. It was like some kind of **** was leading her. She wandered into her back yard, looked up at the forested mountain ahead of her. It was a beautiful day, and she had a woken up a bit early. There was still a lot of mountain to go before you reached the snowy peaks, and her back yard had a nice, wide expanse, with very little in it at the moment besides a shed. She looked over her shoulder briefly, at her old, two-story Victorian house. She really was lucky.
But still, some kind of **** nudged her. It drove her into the center of her yard and down on her knees. The earth here was warm and almost felt like it was pulsing, like something alive was trying to make it's way onto the surface. She began to dig with her hands, driven by whatever **** was possessing her.
A slab of stone revealed itself. It was big, too big to get out by hand. She ran to the shed, grabbed a shovel, and began to pry the stone out. Eventually she was able to get it out of the shallow hole and lay it on the ground, when she noticed another, then another. Three strange, flat stones in her back yard. She filled the hole in some and began to erect them in it's place; two upright, partially buried for support.
It took a lot of struggling to get the third stone. A lot. But eventually she managed to get one corner up, then the other, and she heaved with all her strength until the last stone was laid flat on top. She stepped back, badly winded, covered in filth, and then the **** compelled her inside. The book. She needed the book.
She was horrified and confused by what she did. She had built the altar in her backyard. It was missing most of the components, but on pure instinct she had constructed the altar. She felt sick. Her stomach roiled. Her mind raced.
She was too unnerved by the events in question to even take it back down. She just went back inside and took a shower.

She sat down to read a book. A different book. A fantasy novel, a terrible paperback she read halfway once and never finished. Anything to take her mind off what she did. She was curled up on the couch, trying to focus, but the words seemed to shift. That nausea rose in her gut again.
"You did well," the page read. She read on, horrified but fascinated.
"The altar was just the beginning. Find the idols. Find the Cup and Dish. Great things will come to you. We mean you know harm. We only want to help you discover the secrets of the book. It is for your own good. Your own development. Call me Niru. Now go, read the book. Some part of it's mystery will be revealed to you."
Her stomach still turning, May wandered outside. She opened the old book with it's seven-pointed star, and she read a page.
What does May read?
