A Smaller Wedding

Julia was more into raising her son Thomas then being with Douglas, but the boy needed a father. It was a cold, wet day. Neither of them dressed up for the occasion of getting married before a municipal judge. There was a time, Julia knew, that being married to Douglas Lancaster was a moment of celebration. But now, she just wanted to get home and forget about it all, and focus on Thomas.
