A Knight to Remember

The half-dressed Susan turned a corner around a tall rock and almost ran into a crowd of people and creatures who had gathered. Standing in front of them was a girl wearing plate mail armour, banging a sword against a shield. Behind her was a steep hill leading to a large cave.

"Today is the day!" The armoured girl announced. Susan guessed she was probably nineteen or twenty years old, she had dark blonde hair tied back in a plait. "Today is the day I slay the dragon!"

"Dragon?" Susan gasped.

To the cheers of the assembled crowd, the girl turned and ran up to the cave, and disappeared.

The crowd stood around, waiting. Susan began to wonder if she should move on, find somewhere else to get some help. There was no noise from the cave, which she guessed was the home of the dragon. Although Susan had never seen a dragon in all her time in Narnia...

A massive cloud of smoke suddenly erupted from the cave mouth, and in the middle of it appeared the girl, now stripped of her armour, her entire pink body in fact wearing nothing more than some smudges of soot. She ran out of the cave, tumbled down the hill and landed in front of the crowd. Then, clutching at her body to hide the most intimate areas from view, she turned and sprinted away, buttocks jiggling.

"Well, I say!" Susan exclaimed with a giggle.

"Susan?"

"Yes?" Susan turned at the voice behind her. She looked down and saw a fox. She wondered for a moment how he knew her, then realised he had just read aloud the name stitched into the waistband of her knickers. But then the fox looked her in the face.

"Queen Susan!" He cried out.

"I'm... I'm not..." Susan began, but other people were now paying attention to her, calling out her name and, more worryingly,

"Queen Susan will defeat the dragon!"
