A Conversation Overheard

"Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god" Debbi murmured to herself as she scurried across the lobby. Her eyes were fixed firmly on the door of the rest room ahead, looking neither to left or right to avoid the stares of any those moving about the lobby. Her ears could not shut out the tittering and giggles that she could discern however, mainly from the females amongst those present. Debbi was relieved to find that the rest room appeared empty and she hurriedly installed herself in one of the cubicles. No sooner had she done that than she heard the door open and voices raised in conversation.

"But I wouldn't have thought the hotel would allow it. What's going on ?"

"I guess they allow most things if there's money involved. I asked one of the hotel staff and apparently there's going to be a photoshoot for some lingerie company."

A third voice piped up that had been hitherto silent. "That's the beauty of it" this third voice began. "I got chatting to the English guy who was with those Chinese and he said that she's not a model, she's their manager ! Apparently there was some fuck up with booking a model and the only way they could save face and clinch the contract was for her to stand in."

Debbi was cringing within her stall as the conversation continued. "Oh that's priceless. I thought she looked a little old to be that kind of model. But if she's the manager, what about that young girl who's fully dressed ? She's fit enough and if the other one's the manager ?..."

"I asked that too and the girl in the business suit is indeed the intern but she also happens to be the owner's daughter !"

The trio exploded into laughter. "Yeah, that does kind of explain it."
