Earlier, as she saw her assignment, Lauren barges into her Manager’s office to Clarify and possibly have a shouting match. Which would be in Lauren’s favor, due to her Suing the network more than once.

“Look, Lauren. Our Ratings are dwindling. We need something that’ll grab the audiences attention! Now, personally, I’d rather have you report on local politics, but unfortunately we don’t have any happening.”

“Just let me do a goddamn cooking review, Charlie!”

“I’m sorry Lauren. It’s this or nothing.”

Storming out of Charlie’s office, Lauren hears Charlie give advice. “Remember to smile.”

“Fuck you too.” Lauren says under her breath as she leaves to go to the nearby School.
