3 sis becomes muscular

As the wish was made the wish maker opened his eyes, revealing himself to the change of reality, from his room he looked around, everything was the same. Suddenly a knock was heard from his door with a voice following, C'mon bro your gonna be late for school, his sister said while he waited in silence to see if something bad might occur despite the fact that he had no reason to merit such suspicion. But as his silence continued he realised why his body hesitated as his sister broke into his room, the flinching fear causing him to slip under his bed in a playful demeanour. Looking onward he could see why, his sister had changed, though she still had her same personality, the presence could not be ignored as she lifted up the bed of the wish maker and stated, come on oni-chaaaann~ it's time for school.

With that statement made the little sister would lift her brother and bring in around the house to get ready and when it was time to leave she gestured for him to be carried. Despite the clear and well-defined musculature, the process of carrying him to school was quite smooth as even though she customarily facilitated most physical labour for her brother, she still regarded and treated him as his older brother. With the addition that the guys who would try to pick on her and date her would be beaten by her instead of the wish maker along with his own female bullies who he could do nothing about.
