With this selected you've chosen to make Wanda believe that you are her godson Timmy Turner.
She will believe that she has separated from her idiot husband Cosmo after a massive incident that resulted in the destruction of half of fairy world. This event was the last straw in the camels back as she sued her now ex-husband for full custody of Timmy(i.e. you) to which the fairy courts (who were still recovering from the incident caused by cosmo) readily agreed to.
since that fate-full day Wanda has been you sole fairy godparent.
