Chapter 1544 by Fiftyfiftyfifty Fiftyfiftyfifty

What do you do?

(Click this if the condition branch is broken.)

Vyzia slams the blunt end of her spear so hard down against the floor by her feet that the wooden board splinters. "Threaten our ship and perish," she states bluntly. No further words come from her lips, nor are they needed. Her point has been made.

"Oh wow. Well aren't you something?" Captain Silver says. Her eyes trail and up down the naked dragon's physique as she playfully protrudes the tip of her tongue between her teeth. "I should feel lucky, having such a beauty aboard by ship. But alas, I don't believe you're the one in charge, are you? Regardless, I'm not threatening anyone. Though your point stands for me as well. Cause trouble here, and meet the edge of my blade." Her eyes then turn to you. A slow smile curls up her lips as she observes every inch of your body, and every movement you make.

You step forwards. "Are you not following us?" you ask.

"We are! Though that's for two simple reasons, and neither are violent. The first is curiosity. You have such an odd-looking ship after all. It's also... familiar."

"I think your boat's a bit stranger than ours. Doesn't it have tentacles?"

Captain Silver laughs loudly. "That it does!" She steps even closer, and plants her hands firmly upon her hips. "Secondly, and I admit we didn't know this at first, but we started to realize your ship has taken quite a bit of damage. It's sinking, isn't it?"

Vyzia plants herself between the stranger and yourself. "Not too close," she mutters.

But the captain smirks. It's difficult to tell whether it's from her boots or not, but she's taller than you. Not as tall as the dragon, however. She lifts herself up onto her tippy toes, and pushes forwards her body until their breasts do battle. They squeeze against one another as their stares lock together. Vyzia's gaze is threatening, though Captain Silver's is playfully confident.

"This is my vessel you're on," whispers Captain Silver. "If you want to wrestle, I definitely won't turn down a good time, beautiful."

You place a hand upon Vyzia's back. "It's all right. I appreciate it, but I'll take it from here."

"If you wish," the dragon replies, stepping back once more. The pressure between their tits could have squeezed coal into diamonds, though at last they're once again released.

You approach the captain. Only a foot apart, you gaze into her beautiful silver eyes. It's harder to see beneath the sun, but the glow in them seems to be literal. "So we're meant to believe you were trailing behind us just because you felt like it, and then it changed into concern? Because we've run into some nasty stuff out here. Forgive me if I'm skeptical at first. Not to mention we know Thunderbeard is still out there somehow. You wouldn't happen to know who that is, would you?"

She laughs yet again and smacks you on the shoulder. "Thunderbeard! That's why it looks so familiar. No no, but I have run into him a couple times. I try to avoid him if I can. Rumours said he crashed his airship awhile back, yet he survived by the skin of his teeth. Guess that really did happen, huh?"

"If it still flew, our journey would be a lot easier."

Despite how close you stand, she still closes the gap even further. You can now feel the warmth of her breath, and smell the scent of flowers and wine. Her eyes are alluring--speaking without words, by merely gazing into yours with subtle movements of her brow. Though you're no stranger to this either. You stare right back with intensity. Without speaking, you reply with a flirty confidence of your own--no flinching, no backing down. You can see a hint of pink in her cheeks, and with your Kitty Sense, feel a flame in her heart, as if overjoyed to finally meet with one who can match her passion. Clearly she's been doing this for some time, and whatever her intentions may be, you feel as if her self-assuredness isn't unwarranted. It's a dangerous ocean after all.

She pulls a bang away from your brow by her thumb, and then retreats a step back. "By all the gods, I'm greatly relieved the captain of the ship wasn't Thunderbeard, or any of his shitty allies. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. I hope you feel the same. We're no bunch of smelly pirates after all. You're aboard the Kunzite Kraken!" She throws her hands up, and makes her way back to rest her rear against the railing. "We're treasure hunters and monster slayers. So I guess you could say we're adventurers, but of the sea."

"I'm somewhat of an adventurer myself," you respond. "Well, I went from adventurer, to Demon King, to Hero King, so at the end of the day, I guess I'm a bit of everything."

Captain Silver calls back to her crew below. "Didja hear that, lasses? I know how to pick 'em, don't I?" She then turns back to the two of you. "So a worldly captain comes board my ship with his tall, naked concubine."

"I don't know that word," says Vyzia. "And clothes are a bother."

"They certainly can be, huh? Maybe we should just all throw our clothing overboard. Have a real fun time. But I'm getting distracted, both by your enormous titties, and your... Well, you're all covered up, party pooper, but I can certainly imagine what's beneath. And my imagination is aflame." She shakes her head. "Right. I was going to offer to help fix your ship, and I don't mean the cracks. I can't promise anything, but I have some on my ship who may be able to get it flying again."

"Are you for real?" you ask in excitement. "I'd love that."

"Don't get too worked up now. We haven't even kissed." She stretches a leg flexibly up and over the railing behind her, swinging and hoisting herself up to sit over the edge--legs dangling down towards the deck below. "Silver Hunters! I've got quite the challenge for those up to it. We're going to fix an airship right here, out at sea. The hourglass is already trickling. Chop chop, before our new friends end up capsized."

"And what do you want in return?" you ask.

She spins around on her rear to face you once again. "Oh. I can think of a few things," she says in a soft, deep, sensual tone. Her stare lingers upon yours for a lengthy moment. "But there's one thing I'd like most! A promise. Simple as that. We fix your ship and get you home. You come back with it, and help us eliminate Thunderbeard once and for all. That's what you want anyway, right? Especially you," she says with emphasis on Vyzia. "Every time I speak his name, I can see the fire burning in your eyes."

"If Kyle does not, I will," the dragon responds. "And I would sooner die than betray a promise."

You look them both over. This Thunderbeard isn't specifically our problem, and he's far from being able to effect Castle Phoenix. But on the other hand, he really hurt Vyzia, and the piece of shit deals in human cargo. I think it might be time to live up to that Hero King title and liberate some captives. I wouldn't mind showing him and his crew what I'm capable of doing. And I have a feeling everybody back home would want the same.

"Deal," you say. "If you can get us home, we'll come back even stronger. Thunderbeard won't stand a chance. I promise that."

Captain Silver draws her cutlass. The polished golden hilt is radiant beneath the sun, and the blade itself is nearly pure white. As she holds it up towards the sky, the metal is engulfed in a blazing inferno of magic fire. "At last! Thunderbeard has been trying to wrestle control of these seas for years, but the ocean has no master. Quickly now. We're nearing their ship. Get ready to chain it to ours. We're going to have to work quickly. Whose who are handy, grab tools and supplies. Anyone who knows of magitech, get ready for the hardest part. Everyone else, assist as needed. Go, go, go!"
