(1+2) New Rules, New Teachers

Hermione felt something poking her ear and lifted her head to find a floating piece of paper, which it turned out all students were getting. Taking it, she started to read it as the woman who introduced her to the Wizarding World, and was getting quite ruthlessly turned and fucked out in front of the student body of Hogwarts, began speaking to the students again.

"If you will, yes, look at the list being handed to, oh yes fuck my ass, you right now you will see the new and improved uniform rules."

• 1) Student Witches are to be considered the shared property of Hogwarts Wizards, as in male Students and Teachers in Hogwarts. As you are reading this, a House Elf is fixing a Collar around every Student Witch's neck. Witch's will attach a clip-on tie in House Colours to the front hoop of the Collar.
• 2) Witches skirts MUST NOT cover the entirety of their bottom. Witches will wear the new micro skirts in appropriate House colours.
• A) The standard will be three quarters of exposed cheeks on display
• B) A longer skirt covering half of each cheek will be permitted during the winter months
• C) A longer skirt only showing a quarter will be allowed in the event of family bereavement for a week.

• D) A House Coloured Belt will replace skirts for Special Events like Seasonal Holidays and School Functions.

• 3) Witches shirts MUST ONLY be tie front, buttoned shirts are not permitted. Further, Witches shirts will be tied under the breast to keep breasts on display for others.
• 4) Underwear is FORBIDDEN. Male Students are all encouraged to perform on the spot inspections. Should underwear be found, inspectors are empowered by the School Rules to then have the Witch in question stripped of all clothing except their Collar, and made to crawl on their hands and knees, the "House Tag" replaced with one with the word "BITCH". Rule Breaking Witches will be escorted to Classes on a leash, then taken to the new pillories being erected in the Great Hall for the rest of the day until lights out.

The New Potions Professor was the Old Potions Professor, Horace Slughorn. Former Potions Professor and Head of Slytherin at Hogwarts, he would be bringing back his Slug Club, a previously very secretive group that had operated in defiance of the Prudist Oppression of Dumbledore, taking bright young girls and nervous young boys and turning them into dim tarts and charming men respectively.

The New Transfiguration Teacher was the most unusual woman in the Great Hall, she was actually fully dressed! Nymphadora Tonks stood up and Students saw her hair shift colours. A Metamorphamagus! Well, she'd know a lot about Transfiguration. Those who looked lower might have seen her also develop a considerable bulge down below, giving the smarter ones an idea as to how there was a Witch not getting turned out.
