#4 Privat Drive where it was opened by Vernon Dursley

As Vernon Dursley opens the door to get the mail he finds a parchment-like letter reminding him of the school letter his freak of a nephew received a couple of years ago. He did not recognize the address of the sender, but he did see it was addressed to the Freak.

Wondering who would be writing to the boy, Vernon had no compunctions about opening the letter and reading it. After all illegally tampering with mail only applied to normal people, not freaks. Vernon was shocked to find his nephew was now considered an adult in the freak world that he belonged to. But the fact the boy was also considered a Lord and had several houses, no matter how strange the names of them were, was utterly shocking.

He could not ask Petunia if she knew anything about this Lordship and House business since his wife had joined a few of her friends on a trip to a casino for the next week. Vernon wanted to find out if they would lose access to the money they were promised to bring the freak up now that he was a Lord. He went about seeing if he could get a call through at one of the casinos she and her friends might be stopping at.

Vernon had the phone to his ear and was about to dial it rereading the letter so he could tell her everything when he reread the line about if this Bonecrusher was presented the letter by anyone it would label them as the new Lord if the Freak did it, or as the Steward of the Lines the boy controlled. Vernon assumed that there had only been one letter sent and since he got it the Freak had not.

And as the postscript said that due to some freaky magic on it the letter would be delivered if Vernon went to this bank he could claim those Houses from the brat. Vernon had to assume that there would be more money in the Houses coffers than the 1000 Pound Sterling that his family got every month to "care" for the by from Albus Dumbledore. And as that man had even specified to mistreat Harry as part of their care they had received payment no matter how they created the boy.

Vernon called his office to inform his secretary he was not coming in today as he went in search of the address on the letter from the bank. Vernon was only able to see the Leaky Cauldron that the address lead him to due to the Charms on the letter he kept with him. Though he hated it he talked to one of the freaks that was serving drinks in the dingy place to ask where he could find Gringotts.

One of the patrons left their seat and showed him to the bank where Vernon saw some small deformed little men things. All the freaks were nasty towards him, which he was used to having dealt with normal bankers after all, but as soon as he showed one the letter he was rushed to an office to meet Bonecrusher.

As Vernon handed over the letter to prove it was the one the freaky banker had sent to Harry, the fat Muggle man looked around the office seeing piles of gold, silver, and bronze coins of various sizes, some jewels, and on the back wall a deadly looking ax.

"This seems to be in order," Bonecrusher said finding it was the same letter he had sent last night. The Goblin pulled out a long box opening it to showcase a line of rings. "Now as the chosen Steward for Lord Harry Potter, we will give you the Family Rings to wear so that you can access all the vaults you hold in trust for him, his property, the ability to summon all family treasures, and access the Family Magic."

"I am not going to wear all of them," Vernon said thinking he would look like some fairy with all the rings on his fingers.

"Don't worry part of the magic of them will combine them to just a single ring," Bonecrusher said and told Vernon to start placing them on the middle finger of his non-dominant hand. Vernon was surprised to see the Goblin banker was correct for the rings merged into one so that by the time he was done he had a simple black ring on the middle finger of his right hand.

"So do I need to sign anything or something?" Vernon asked.

"Nope, that is all, unless you want to get some money out of one of the vaults at this time?" Bonecrusher said. Vernon...
