"I want you to introduce me to that robotic sword spirit you told me about!" Peatrice told Fi, unaware of the sheer irony of that request.

Fi, of course, told Peatrice that would be fine, but they'd need to do it somewhere where they wouldn't have to worry about anyone else seeing 'Fi'.

Peatrice nodded, and said, "My house works, then. Poppa is off doing his whole bamboo cutting thing right now, so we'll have the place to ourselves." That statement hung in the air of a few moment before both Peatrice and Fi blushed, and she added, "Just for a date, not for that..."

"...unless you really want to..." she continued in a barely audible whisper.

Moving past that awkwardness, they all headed to Peatrice's house, and she made sure to lock the door behind them. Fi looked at the Master Sword and told 'Fi' to come out. It was right at this moment that Link realized he was going to have to try and pull off a Fi impression, but he tried his best.

He emerged out of the sword, without arms this time, and did his best to look completely emotionless. "Master," he said to Fi, keeping his voice even and neutral. "What is it you require?"

At that point Fi 'explained' to Link that Peatrice was curious about him, and to answer any questions she had to the best of her abilities.

Link nodded his head. "Yes, Master."

His girlfriend looked so excited she could explode. "Fi, um, what was it like?"

"What was what like?" Link replied, trying to keep his voice completely empty, which was very hard.

Peatrice rolled her eyes. "Meeting Link! Your master! Isn't he the best!"

Feeling a chance for a little bit of payback, Link looked coldly at his own body and said robotically, "He is adequate. However, the probability of his success in our coming journey is only 10%."

"Where did you get that number from?" Peatrice asked, shocked.

"I made it up," Link said pointedly, his gaze on Fi. He swore he saw an edge of anger appear in Fi's eyes.

That made Peatrice laugh. "Oh, a joke! Hold on, I'm going to go to the bathroom and think of more questions." With that, she exited the room, leaving Link and Fi alone together.
