"Well, I know you wanted to qualify for the experimental treatment, and while role alignment may not be a perfect fit, I still think a similar treatment could help." Doctor Valintine guided Kelly out the back door to her office and down 2 flights of stairs before entering another room with no windows. In the room was an old-school egg chair with some minor restraints and a large screen. "We've been experimenting with hypnosis" she explained. Kelly, despite her discomfort, clearly seemed unconvinced. "Oh the field had gone leaps and bounds beyond stage magicians baby girl, this works much faster and with less training, although I promise you it still can't make you do anything you didn't want to do anyway." Kelly now seemed more afraid than anything. "How about this, we'll put you in for a brief induction to make you vocalize your opinions more, no longer feel like words get stuck in your mouth, then you can tell me how you feel, huh?" Kelly seemed to warm up to that, and sat down in the chair. Valentine set up the restraints and began the induction before heading upstairs.

Valentine *was* trying to revolutionize therapeutic hypnosis, but she also wanted to use its power to fix the world. There was no reason a beutiful woman like Kelly should be dressing in plain clothes and tripping over her words. She wanted to use this power to upend the entire social order. Basic medical procedure was not to test on yourself and her secretary knew her too well to just surrender to hypnosis. A lot of her other female clients either had the money to pay or were smart enough to read the fine print of her consent form. She glanced at it on the desk. "THIS IS CONCIDERED A BINDING, NONREVOCABLE CONCENT FORM FOR ANY AND ALL EXPERIMENTS BY VALENTINE HYPNOTECH INC." And Kelly's name, signed at the bottom. Now, it was time to load up Kelly Hathaway and set up her new role. If her inductions worked like they were supposed to, she would effectively become possessed by this new identity, Valentine would run a few tests, then the hypnosis would bring Kelly back, with memories of spending the past few hours just a tinge less shy.
