"No fucking way. Change me back right now!"

You shake your head and cross your arms in front of your chest.

Mr. Li pulls himself up straight, and all trace of emotion disappears from his face.

"I'm sorry it has to come to this," he says taking a step towards you. You try to retreat but find yourself backed up against the sink. He comes to a stop a foot in front of you. He's now several inches taller than you and outweighs you by a good 50 pounds.

"You're in a pretty bad spot here.. You have no money, no ID. Nobody is going to believe that you're the same person you've lived as for the past 20 years. Your bank will not issue you a new card. Your social security number won't match your new body.

"You'll be starting from scratch. But without any of the advantages you had the first time through. And believe me, the world can be hard on a woman on her own. Especially one as pretty as you."

He reaches up with his left hand and strokes your cheek. You turn away in disgust, but it hardly helps the discomfort you feel being trapped like this.

"The potion that can restore you is stored in a very secure place. You will not get to it without my cooperation. And don't think you can change back without me. You could talk to one hundred people a day for the rest of your life and not find one that could help you."

"You will work the booth for us for the rest of the weekend. We need to close two deals and build a buzz around the company going forward. And to ensure that you put your heart in it, I'm telling you right now: If I go down, you're going to be stuck in this body for the rest of your life. Do you understand?"

You nod, feeling the edge of the counter pushing into the small of your back.
