You take the second pill, your stomach is doing flips and grinding strangely but you manage to remember to take the pill. the next two days you are sicker than you have ever been and you have a particularly bad period, you don't know it is bad but it is. You miss school and your parents don't come home, your older brother Al who goes to the local college is now and then though but during this time you are too sick to say more than two words to him. Apparently he called you out of school though and brought you some food that you picked at.
