"Okay, so what's the plan, you guys?", Sakura asked as they waited for the countdown to finish.

"Well, first of all: Who is going to carry the scroll?", John asked, thinking which among them was best suited to carry the important object for the duration of the exam.

Silence permeated the air until finally Hinata said "I think you should do it John". Ino and Sakura looked at her and saw how serious she was.

"are You two ok with this also" John asks Ino and Sakura. they both shock there heads yes

"Now that's one thing down, but how about the other scroll we need? We have to get the heaven scroll before we can enter the tower", Sakura said knowingly.

"I think I know what we can do!", Ino said, getting the others attention. "I say we spend the first days trying to get the scroll ourselves. If it comes down that we don't have it on the third day, then we can try to get a team as they try to get to the tower.", Ino said,

"Fine, I guess that's the plan.", Sakura agreed as the clock neared the final seconds of the countdown.

"Alright Team 8, we split up as soon as we get in there and i'll send a clone with each of you. if they disappears if we all are together or i"m knocked out. Meet back at the gate in a hour, got it?", John asked getting nods from his teammates as they got ready to enter the forest. "Ino, Sakura. Hinata", he said getting their attention.".be careful, okay?", he said. The girls looked wondrous for a moment before they nodded with small smiles, seeing how caring he was being at the moment.

Finally the doors to the Forest of Death swung open John made three shadow clones and Team 8 leapt into the forest, gaining top speed rather quickly and splitting from each other as they fanned out into the dense forest. he lost sight of Sakura first, then Ino as she veered away from him. and finally Hinata not having anything better to do, he decided to search for possible targets.

For the first twenty minutes, John found no sign of any other team anywhere he looked. 'This is bad, I haven't seen even a foot print! Where can these teams be?', he thought to himself as he leaned against the tree he was standing on. "Maybe I should head back to the meeting spot?", he asked himself again quietly before he hears someone screaming close to his location. so he rushed off to see what the screaming was about

as John got closer he could here what sounded like a bear roaring. as he gets to a giant opening he sees a giant bear moving to the red haired girl that he saw when taking the quiz. she tries to run but she trips on a tree root. John jumps down from the tree and kicks it in the head four times and knocks it out.

"you ok. and where is you team" he asks. while standing on top of the bear. she reaches for her glasses that fell off of her when she fell

"yes i'm ok" she tries to stand but as soon as she puts weight on her right ankle she falls. but John catches her before she hits the ground

"looks like your body is saying other whys" he says "my name John Doe"

"Karin Uzumaki but everyone just calls me Karin and as for my teammates they left me here."she says with here head down. John wonders if she's related to Naruto "i don't think i can continue like this so can you take me to the closes gate so i can leave" so John takes her to the closes gate which happens to be the gate his team entered in "thank you for helping me and saving my life i can't really give you anything for it. but i can give you this" she hand him the Heaven scroll

"thanks" he says as he takes it. but before she lets it go she gives him a kiss on the cheek

"that's also a thanks for for rescuing me" with that she was gone

John sat there another twenty waiting for his teammates after the all arrive he said " alright you all ready to go to the tower. all three teammates look at him funny

"we can't go to the tower yet we don't have the heaven scroll yet" says Ino,

"oh you mean this" John says as he holds up the scroll

"how did you get that" asked Sakura

"i was given it for rescuing the person who gave it to me" John said

"the person who gave it to you was a girl was it not" ask Hinata

"how did you know" John ask

"just a hunch" Hinata said

"now the question is who is she" asks sakura staring at John

"someone you don't know but her name is Karin Uzumaki" John told them

"Uzumaki do you think shes related to Naruto" asks Ino

"i don't think so she doesn't look anything like Naruto." says John "but i think we should be moving to the tower before someone tries to attack us
