The slackers are a dangerous species who seem to age in reverse to normal individuals, unlike people who start young and grow old the slackers would instead push all their wrinkles and the like into a puss to form a cocoon so the older members can feed the children with excess wrinkles going into the child. The Slackers come from another world and it is unknown why they appear human but simply that they see it as a good place to live as they eat people and turn the ones they like into loyal puppets. This has made them a huge threat since it is hard to discern between monsters and humans with the only feature that can be separated is when they are about to feast so they turn their eyes completely black with a yellow rink inside. What is worse is that they can conceive like normal humans and have the exact same physique if not for the addition that those who eat humans can gather blood energy more than regular humans. The only thing the Slackers can be thought as of being useful for is when they are fighting vampires to secure their turf which usually leads to revelations of their existence in population centres. The reason their rating is so high is that they can do all the things humans do and are usually smarter meaning that they can dispatch humans fairly easily which becomes worse since they can get past guild cards and even worse when you consider they aren't attacked by monsters making them neutral at best.
