nothing for now, you got a phone call (dark path)

Theresa sits down with her food and starts to eat when you phone starts ringing. you slump down in your seat and fish out your phone only to perk up when you see penny's name on the caller id. Hitting answer you quickly put the phone up to your ear. "Hello Pen..." You are cut off by a gruff male voice. "Are you Gavin Shaw?" You are thrown off by his gruffness. "Uh, yes... can I help you?" You hear a grumble from the other side before he answers "I'm Penny's father and, we got some stuff of yours here. We would prefer to get them back to you today, so what's your address?"

You stutter for a moment before asking "Can I talk to Penny?"

He grumbles. "You can, but im not with her right now. I'm running errands. What would you like me to do with your stuff?"

You are getting frustrated "What is the stuff?"

You hear him talking to someone else on the other end. "... yeah one moment. Oh, uh its some sticky notes, a calendar, some papers and notebooks an- Yeah thats right, cancel it. uh huh."

You let out a sigh, its too early to be dealing with this. Penny probably just tried to write your name down to remind herself about the date and kept thinking the stuff was yours. "Look you are clearly busy." You say during a lull in the conversation on his end. "You have my permission to throw away whatever papers and stuff I have at your house. I got something to deal with here."

You both hang up and you slump back in your seat as Theresa raises an eyebrow at you in question. You just shrug. "Guess Penny was writing my name on stuff over at her place."
