Need loving home on a piece of paper and tape it the carrier and put it on the counter. You then take a collar and leash and go back to the bitchy blonde. You put the collar on her and attach the leash then tie the leash around the fire hydrant. You then piss all of her face and head, making sure to get some on her cloth gag.

You zip up, put her purse in the storm drain, and restart time.
