getting to the party on time

You and Todd show up and park a few blocks away in a parking lot, so your car doesn't add to the cops breaking up the party. You exit the car and Todd puts his hand around your shoulder you snuggle up to him as you walk.

Getting to the house you see someone directing people around back but the lights in the front of the house are off and the music is hard to hear. On the side of the house there is a fenced in stair well that leads to the basement. As you enter you are blasted with sound and aridic smoke, it only gets louder and thicker as you close the door.

Todd says something but you cant hear him over the noise. you gesture by covering your ears and he mimes drinking, you nod. He leaves you in a semi dark hallway, a few more people come in and Todd returns with two yellow plastic cups. You drank frequently in your other body but you can't place the drink, not bad though similar to rum and coke.

You drink it quickly and set the cup down, You want to dance.
