follow their lead

"John" My mom said as she leaned towards Noah, "Can you go to your room honey, I want to have a girls talk with Noah for a bit"
I nodded my head, turned around and still holding the hoody i went back to my room. It felt so empty, so shallow. I just couldn't stop thinking about what my mom and Noah are talking about.

I sat there in my room looking out of my window as time passed by. i didn't know how late it is but I didn't feel sleepy at all. I was wide awake waiting to hear anything back from my mom.*knock knock* "May i come in?" the voice of my mom came from behind the door.

"yeah sure mom" i replied.

My mom opened the door as Noah walked behind her. Noah still didn't look me in the eye and i still didn't really know what i wanted. I can follow my mom's lead i guess.

My mom sat in the middle of my bad, and asked both of us to join her. I sat on the right and Noah sat gently to the left.

"John," my mom began, "I knew Noah's secret a long time ago"

I can't believe it, my mom kept such a secret from me!

"Why, WH-" i started saying but before i could continue my mom interrupted me saying "Hear me out John, just hear me out"

I cooled off and tried my best to hear her out.

"Noah told me about her special secret, which only makes her more special than she already is, when she started having feelings for you"

wait, what? Noah liked me all this time?

I looked over my mom's shoulder and i saw Noah's eyes wide open clearly because she never intended to tell me that she loved me.

"I truly believe however, that we can make this work out." my mom continued and paused for a sec. "WE can make this work out" and she paused again as if she was choosing her words carefully. "Tonight, just let me lead you two tonight"

Lead us? What is she talking about? This can't be what i think it is. a threesom-. wait wait wait. No way. WHAT?
