dropped in the middle of racoon city

a bright light flahes in front of your eyes and you close them reflexively. when you open your eyes again, you're standing on the sidewalk of a city at night. half of the street lights are broken and there are several wrecked cars on the road. you can make out large fires burning on the horizon, probably buildings.

and of course, a handful of zombies wander aimlessly along the street, but haven't seemed to have noticed you.

feeling an unfamiliar weight on your hip, you look down and see a 9mm beretta resting at the your side along with a belt of clips and what look like aerosol cans with a first aid cross on them. Looking at your clothing, you see that you're wearing a tactical vest with a shoulder holster with a combat knife, black cargo pants, and leather boots.

Drawing the pistol and checking to see if it's loaded, you start slowly walking down the dark street, staying quiet and in the shadows to not draw the attention of the zombies.
