Chapter 5 by Relator10 Relator10

What's next?

Gabby Star (option 2, transgenic pets)

Hi! My name is Gabby Star. I used the be a lifeguard at Cerulean Beach, now I am a star at the Cerulean Aquatic Show Team, the first team member and founding **** behind it and a pet. But I am getting ahead of myself, let just rewind 5 years and I will tell you my story.

I just turned 18 and this was going to be my last summer as a lifeguard before I went off to college At first I thought it was just a rash. But it became impossible to deny that my skin was growing scales and it only got weirder with gills, webbed fingers, and a palate for aquatic food… but again I am getting ahead of myself.
Taking no chances with my rapidly expanding rash, I was barred from beach duty which is a major bummer because this was going be my last year at Cerulean Beach and I wanted to end it in style and not with a no-show. Besides I like the water, it has this signature blue-green color you can only find here. That is probably the reason why they called it Cerulean Beach.

Now I was on my way to the dermatologist the lifeguard medical staff referred me to. By now I was also wearing long-sleeved clothing, in the summer of all times for crying out loud, because my lower arms started developing a blueish shine. Trying to accommodate as much as possible for the summertime I was wearing a light non-buttoned long-sleeved shirt above a crop top and shorts in the same style I used to wear as a lifeguard. I did not have what they would call a rack but my crop top was filled out nicely, balanced by a cute butt just enough to fill out my shorts quite nicely too. Probably not what you would call high-fashion, but what the heck.

Normally I would feel quite good about myself if it was not for the destination. What would the skin-doc find? As a lifeguard being out-there rain or shine, mostly shine tough, a visit to the skin-doc is not uncommon. It may be a bit quirky but I like the sound of skin-doc better than the official dermatologist, I thought to myself. Wrapped up in my thoughts I reached the group-clinic without consciously noticing it. It was a nondescript building where he held office together with a few colleagues. They had an agreement that when the lifeguard GP was out of his water they would jump in because they had more extensive means at their disposal among which an own lab, not as sophisticated as a hospital but more than sufficient for outpatient care.
