He grabbed her and put her in a sleeper hold. Tanya slammed her elbow into him repeatedly breaking the holding, flipping him over. She wrapped her legs around him and twisted his arm

Alex faught out of it, using her superior strengh. He switch it to a leg lock as he broke out
