Sakura’s face dropped. “Oh no…” she gasped.
“Well, before you answer,” Shiro tried to excuse, but then noticed the shadow in the doorway falling over the room. She reached for her sword but a strong hand took her by the hair, the other wrapping around the naked samurai’s wrist.

“So you’re the one who took out my men,” the voice growled behind her, Shiro wincing in pain and Sakura staring wide-eyed. “I come back from a food run and everyone’s dead or missing, you damn cow… and I’m gonna take it out on your hide…”
"I won't... let you..." Shiro grunted, turning to try and face the bandit leader...
