adjusting to her full power

Dammit," I yell as I left another dent into the floor. they had released the seal on my chakra just an hour ago. they had brought me to a new room and said I would be here for the full forty-eight hours. in just the few hours I had been here it is clear why they sealed my chakra to begin with. I have broken two chairs, my bed and the sink. of course, I keep bring my feet down to hard and denting the floor with each step.

"Screw it," I said. I then fall to the ground and enter a meditative position. taking a few breaths, I try to calm myself. after an hour of this I slowly get up and manage to make my way to the toilet without leaving a trail. after doing my business I am happy to flush the toilet without breaking it.

"Yes," I cheer out loud and give a small jump. well, it was meant to be small, but I nearly hit the ceiling of the room. "Guess I still need to work on it." I said with a small laugh. shaking my head, I try to focus again as I started to go through my forms. for the most part I succeeded but there were a few more dents added.
