a Teedo atop a Luggabeast with a strange spherical droid

the small alien that she had brief contact with before sat atop one of the large armored beasts. A small droid unlike any Rey had seen before was currently trapped in a net that Teedo had draped across it halting its movements. Judging by the objective beeps coming from the little droid it seemed as if the little thing was being taken against its will. Something that Rey wasn't surprised by.

Shouting at the small alien atop the large beast Rey ran towards the trapped droid and began removing the net that was draped over the little droid.

"Thats just Teedo" Rey scoffed "wants you for parts. He has no respect for anyone" she could hear the little droid make what sounded like a sad whine.

Doing a quick lookover of the little guy Rey noticed something "your antenna's bent" using what little knowledge of droids she had she attempted straightening the metal antenna out after removing it from the spherical droids head.

After fixing the small antenna, Rey motioned off to the distance "Niima Outpost is that way and stay off Kelvin Ridge. Keep away from the Sinking Fields in the north or you'll drown in the sand"

Rey heard the little droid chirping almost happily as she got up to walk away only to notice the small spherical droid follow her "don't follow me, town is that way" the young scavenger motioned over to the distance where Niima Outpost was.

It was clear the droid was rather inten on not going alone. After some deliberation Rey decided she might as well humor it for a time and motioned for it to follow her to which she received a happily chirping droid as it rolled across the sand after her

"In the morning you go" Rey said staunchly as she walked back to her home with her temporary droid companion in tow. Hearing the droid thank her Rey merely sighed "you're welcome"
