Zox strikes back.

The duo hadn't made it very far, but they were gathering a bit of a crowd. Maybe a dozen people of varying genders, ages and races.

Kobold weren't a common race for adventurers, so the townspeople were used to seeing them as thieves and enemies. So they were enjoying watching this punishment.

"Why are you just standing there? He can't do this!" Zox pleaded towards the crowd, struggling to cover up any part of her draconic nudity.

"She is a liar and a thief! She stole from me, so I stole back. I'm simply taking her to the guards." Gregg responded with a proud huff. This seemed to be the right response as the crowd began to applaud him.

Zox couldn't believe it... so she squirmed harder. Her tail wasn't the longest, but it seemed to be hitting his leg. So she began to kick the same leg, the best that she could. It took a few seconds and energy, but eventually, she was able to trip the shopkeep.

Gregg let her go in the tumble, and Zox darted a few feet away, instinctively covering her red scaly body. A hand pressed to her chest and another covering her crotch.

"She's a thief! Someone help me apprehend her!" Gregg pleaded with the crowd. But no one could answer in time before Zox could act.

"I didn't even steal! You liar!" The kobold screamed, running at the man again. She had no weapons on her, but her hands had sharp claws. And that was all she needed.

In a few seconds, she shredded the shopkeep's entire attire except for his boots. She refused to be the only naked one on this situation.

Gregg immediately covered himself. All courage from before was lost as the crowd began to laugh at him too! Unlike the Kobold, he lived here. He saw these people every day. Some were close friends.

Meanwhile, Zox had gained some confidence from this.
