Aside from working as a servant to the Sima family, you were very good at cooking, though you never liked cleaning the bedrooms. Nevertheless, you seemed to live a mundane but pleasant life.

You also made friends with Yan Qing, who also worked as a servant, but also fought on the battlefield. You often gave each other pep talk to get through the day, and you were even open to the topic of romance, something she seemed very new to.

However, as time passed, Zhuge Dan, who would soon become Qing's boyfriend and future fiancee, began to show indifference towards Wei, and because of this, chose to rebel against them. You ended up confiding in Qing, who insisted that she and Dan escape, which you allowed them to do so.

But there was one man who wasn't too happy with her siding with Dan; Jia Chong, described as being calculating and cruel, had a hidden lust towards Qing, and wanted Dan out the way so that Chong could pursue her. When he heard the news that you helped Dan and Qing escape, Chong was not pleased.

That night, he searched high and low for you, until he saw you in the kitchen washing dishes from tonight's dinner. He immediately grabs you from behind, covering your mouth, and took you out of the kitchen.

You struggled to get out as he whisked you to his bedroom, where he was able to tie your hands and feet to the bed. "You pathetic whore. You knew Dan and Qing were up to something, weren't you?" he asked.

"Wh-What do you mean?" you asked.

"You allowed them to escape, and ruined my chances of getting Qing all to myself. Now..." he replied, before taking out a small knife. "...you shall be punished for being their accomplice."

He could only smirk as he ran the sharp object across your clothes, wondering where to start.
